Statutory daily minimum wage set by the tripartite National Wage Committee. Thailand operates a PROVINCIAL MATRIX — the value served is the lowest general provincial floor in the country.

Full schedule: 400 = Bangkok, Chachoengsao, Chon Buri, Phuket, Rayong, and Ko Samui district of Surat Thani, PLUS two nationwide sectoral floors of 400 for hotel businesses (hotel types 2, 3 and 4 under the Ministerial Regulation on hotel business types (No. 2) B.E. 2566) and for entertainment/service venues (Entertainment Places Act (No. 4) B.E. 2546); 380 = Mueang Chiang Mai district and Hat Yai district; 372 = Nakhon Pathom, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon; 359 = Nakhon Ratchasima; 358 = Samut Songkhram; 357 = Khon Kaen, Chiang Mai (excl. The 337 floor itself has been unchanged since 1 January 2025 (Notification No. 13) — No. 14 raised only Bangkok (372 -> 400) and created the two nationwide sectoral floors, leaving the bottom tier untouched; effective_from reflects the date the currently governing instrument entered force. Statutory exclusions (clause 9 of the Wage Committee's explanatory note): central, provincial and local government, state enterprises under the State Enterprise Labour Relations Act, non-profit employers, sea-going cargo loading/unloading, homeworkers, and seasonal agricultural employment not carried on year-round. Thailand has no statutory hourly or monthly minimum wage — the daily rate is the sole legal floor. As at 20 July 2026 no Notification No. 15 had been issued; the 2026 wage round had not concluded.
