What this value means
MATRIX jurisdiction - no single national minimum wage. Under RA 6727 (Wage Rationalization Act, 1989), Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards set daily floors per region and sector (non-agriculture / agriculture / retail-service by headcount), coordinated by NWPC-DOLE. Served value = lowest general non-agriculture daily floor: P386.00/day under W.O. BARMM-04 (+P50), covering Maguindanao del Norte & del Sur, Lanao del Sur incl. Marawi, Basilan incl. Lamitan City, Sulu and Tawi-Tawi; within BARMM, Cotabato City is P411 and the Special Geographic Area P391; BARMM agriculture floors run P366-386. Regional non-agri floors as of 20 Jul 2026 range from P386 (BARMM) to P695 (NCR, W.O. NCR-26); W.O. NCR-27 (issued 23 Jun 2026) lifts NCR to P755 on 25 Jul 2026 and P780 on 20 Jan 2027. Many 2025-26 wage orders phase increases in tranches through 2026 (e.g., Region III 16 Apr 2026; Region V 8 Apr and 1 Dec 2026; Region XI 1 Sep 2026), so the matrix moves several times a year.
