Eid dates are fixed by later proclamations on National Commission on Muslim Filipinos recommendation: Eid'l Fitr Fri 20 Mar 2026 (Proc. 1189) and Eid'l Adha Wed 27 May 2026 (Proc. 1264) - both regular holidays. Philippine law has NO automatic weekend substitution: All Saints' Day (Sun 1 Nov 2026) stays on the Sunday with no substitute day; any date-moving ('holiday economics', RA 9492) is done expressly in the proclamation and none was applied for 2026. Deliberately excluded: EDSA People Power Revolution anniversary (Wed 25 Feb 2026), declared a special WORKING day by Proc. 1006. National Heroes Day is the last Monday of August.
