Single standard rate of 9% since 1 Jan 2024 (final step of the Budget 2022 two-step increase: 7%->8% on 1 Jan 2023, 8%->9% on 1 Jan 2024). No reduced rates. Zero-rating (0%) applies to exports of goods and international services; exempt supplies include most financial services, sale/lease of residential property, investment precious metals and digital payment tokens. GST registration is compulsory above S$1 million annual taxable turnover.
